Vapeape uses DPD (with a tracking number and insurance) to ensure our products reach you in good time and in perfect condition. All Ireland orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with Ireland customers within 1-3 working days. In the case that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except weekend and bank holiday.
Shipping cost is calculated by order value.

Free Shipping for orders exceed 40€ (ROI only).
Orders generated and paid before 2 pm Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered on Monday/Tuesday.
Before you sent an order:
- Make sure your delivery address is correct.
- Make sure your mobile or landline phone number is correct (Courier might contact you)
- Please ensure that somebody will be available at home to sign for the parcel.
Upon receipt of your delivery, please take extra care to inspect the package. If you are unsatisfied with the condition or have any concerns regarding contents, please ask the courier to add your comments to the “Delivery Document”.
If a package is returned to us, the customer will be charged for the costs to re-send.
